During a Mekong River journey, explorers may spot around 1,000 bird species and unique animal species inhabiting the region since the dawn of time.

The Mekong is a river that crosses 6 countries: China, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. You can enjoy on a 15-day cruise, selecting your destination before embarking on a cruise vessel. The rainy season, from May to November, offers a different atmosphere. As the name suggests, humidity prevails during this period, providing a constant refreezing climate suited for animals and the rest of the ecosystem.

Temperatures remain consistent all year in the Mekong Delta, averaging 30° Celsius at the peak of the day. Nevertheless, Mekong tourism experts generally agree that the most pleasant time to visit is between November and January, as they are neither too hot nor too humid.

Regardless of the season or location, any visitor will surely enjoy exploring the wonders and secrets of the Mekong – whether on a cruise ship or through a guided tour.
