I’ve never really thought of Thailand as a golfing destination myself. Having visited many times for the culture, food, and history, it’s interesting to see another side of the country, one that offers a very different way to enjoy its landscapes.
This is such a unique perspective on Thailand! Most people focus on beaches, but these jungle golf courses sound like a completely different experience. I love the idea of playing surrounded by nature, with mountains and rainforest instead of crowds. Khao Yai especially sounds incredible with that scenery. This definitely shows a side of Thailand many travelers miss!
Even as a non-golfer, this post completely drew me in. The idea of playing through natural ravines and ancient teak forests with cicadas as your soundtrack is way than the usual resort course. I’ve never been to Thailand but hope to one day.
